Troubleshooting USB disconnection and grounding:
 
There are some cases may be leads to instability in the output of electrical impulses.
When CNC machine is working, do not use other large electrical equipment at the same time, or it will cause strong interference to the electromagnetic pulse output from the USB port of the computer.
 
Please note:
  • Do not connect computer to internet when machine is working.
  • Do not running the any big software or antivirus software when Mach3 working.
  • Use short USB cable.
  • Do NOT use USB hub or other USB device when running Mach3.
  • Do NOT turn on the high-power appliances around the machine if the machine is working.
  • Connect to other USB port, or replace the computer.
