Process of Shipping Goods Internationally

Orders for all models except the MPC-125 will be shipped the next business day after payment is received. All your orders will be sent to our forwarder (Shenzhen or Hong Kong) first, which takes 3 days.

Generally, freight forwarders will arrange export transportation on the day or next day after receiving the goods, except Sundays. The goods will be delivered to DHL/UPS warehouse in Hong Kong.

Space allocation: Due to the huge volume of goods exported from China to the world, DHL/UPS does not have enough aircraft, and all goods (especially heavy or large-sized goods) need to queue up and wait for the aircraft. So usually DHL/UPS will collect the goods within 1 to 4 days. If it is during the peak sales season (such as November), this time may be extended again.

Once the goods start shipping, they will be delivered to your country very quickly.

Space allocation: When the goods arrive in your country, DHL/UPS will often contact you by phone or E-mail. You may need to provide some necessary personal information so that they can process customs clearance. Depending on your local country and customs regulations, you may be required to pay customs duties.

After customs clearance is completed, DHL/UPS will deliver the goods to your address. You can also contact your local DHL/UPS to agree on a delivery time.
