Customs Clearance & Customs Duties
I. If shipping by DHL/UPS/FedEx:
When the goods arrive in your country, DHL/UPS/FedEx will often contact you by phone. You may need to provide some necessary personal information so that they can process customs clearance. Depending on your local country and customs regulations, you may be required to pay customs duties.
Once tariffs are generated, you must pay them as soon as possible. If you do not pay the customs duties within the limited time, your goods will be discarded or returned by your local customs. If the goods are returned, 2 to 3 times the shipping fee will be incurred. Please note that if the customer does not pay the customs duties, all consequences will be borne by the customer.
Please note:
We are not responsible for customs clearance. The buyer must assist DHL/UPS/FedEx in customs clearance.
II. Special Line Shipping (Air Freight Special Line or Ocean Freight Special Line):
After the goods arrive at the port, they will be cleared and picked up by a local third-party freight forwarder, and finally a truck will be arranged to deliver them to your address.
Buyers do not need to clear customs or pay any duties — just need to wait for the goods to be delivered.
