Customs Clearance & Customs Duties

Charges & Customs Duties Statement:

• We only charge for the cost of the products and shipping.
• We do not collect customs duties or any other taxes/fees.
• Any customs duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the buyer's country are solely the responsibility of the buyer.

Customs Clearance Process & Important Notes:

When the shipment arrives in your country, DHL/UPS/FedEx will typically contact you by phone. You may be required to provide certain personal or company information to facilitate the customs clearance process.

You are responsible for paying any customs duties or taxes required under your country’s customs regulations. Such fees are generally collected on behalf of the authorities by DHL/UPS/FedEx, and you must pay them promptly. If you fail to pay the customs duties within the specified timeframe, your goods may be abandoned by local customs or returned to us. In the case of a return, you will be charged 2–3 times the original shipping cost.

Please note: If the customer fails to pay customs duties, all resulting consequences shall be borne by the buyer.
