Warranty and Return Policy

I. Warranty Terms

We offer a one-year warranty on all OMIOCNC machines.

If you encounter any issues, please contact us for assistance. We will try to help you resolve the problem through remote guidance. If hardware is damaged within one year from the date of purchase, you may send it back to us for repair.

Application steps:

1. Send the faulty part or the entire machine to our designated address via DHL/UPS/FedEx.
2. Note: Customers are responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs.

Warranty does not apply to the following:

• Improper assembly or inappropriate use
• Unauthorized modification
• Improper maintenance
• Normal wear and tear parts
• Malfunction of power source
• Incidental, indirect, or external force damage
• Fire damage or force majeure

II. Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

We are committed to offering the best products and services. However, if you change your mind and wish to return a product, please follow the steps below:

1. Send a return request to us within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. We will confirm your request within 3 working days.
3. After your return application is confirmed, you must ship the product via DHL/UPS/FedEx within 3 days. Please share the tracking number with us.
4. After we receive the product, we will issue a refund within 3 working days. (Note: The refund method will be the same as your original payment method.)

Please note:

• We only accept returns shipped via DHL/FedEx.
• The machine must be packaged well to prevent damage during transport.

Related costs of the return process:

• If you send the machine or accessories back to China, customs duties may apply. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties incurred.
• After we receive the returned product, we will refund the full product price, excluding shipping costs and customs duties.
