According to the regulations of European customs on importing products from China, the tax number of the consignee(or buyer) must be included in the import declaration of the goods. Therefore, the European buyer needs to provide the VAT/TAX number.

If you are from EU countries, please write us your VAT tax number after you place the order number on the website.

How will the tax number be used?
We will provide your VAT/TAX number to DHL / FedEx / TNT when shipping your order.  If we don't provide VAT/TAX number of the consignee, DHL / FedEx / TNT will refuse to ship............

We have now stopped shipping, all orders have been sent from the factory, when the machines arrive at our freight forwarder, they will be arranged for DHL transportation. For customers who have placed orders in the past two days, we will send you  DHL tracking number by email before next Tuesday.

Stop shipping time: Jan 29th ~ Feb 20th
During this period, you can still place orders on our site. All orders during this period will be shipped in order after February 20th.

Holiday time: Feb 6th ~ Feb 20th
We will continue to work until February 6, after which we will leave for vacation.
During the holidays, we will not be able to reply to your email in time, we will check the email once within 72 hours. Some technical questions that need to be verified in the work laboratory may not be answered.

As the Chinese New Year is approaching, we will temporarily stop shipping from January 29th. 
We will resume shipping after the Chinese New Year holiday (February 20th).

We have noticed that the transportation of some orders has been delayed for several days. We also received a notice from the freight forwarder today. At present, due to the arrival of the peak sales season, export goods have increased significantly, and due to the impact of the global epidemic, the number of international flights has not been able to return to normal. So all cargo needs to queue up for the cargo space of the aircraft. This will probably continue until Christmas.

At present, DHL/FEDEX/UPS have been delayed, especially the goods to the United States have a waiting time of 3 to 5 days. Very few orders have been delayed for many days. We and the freight forwarder have urged DHL.

We have been paying attention to the transportation of all orders. If there is any abnormality, we will notify you. Sorry for the inconvenience, please understand! Thank you.

The Chinese National Day is coming, the freight fowarders and logistics companies will stop working in holiday,  and due to the delivery from our factory (Hubei Province) to our freight forwarder(Hong Kong) needs some days, so we will stop the shipment early,  we will suspend shipping from October 29th to October 5th.

The reason:  
Due to the serious epidemic situation in many countries in the world and the large number of flights being grounded, the capacity of international air freight logistics is very tight. 
At present, 
DHL (China) has stopped accepting large packages and more than 30kg of goods. 
Fedex's shipping cost has increased by one and a half times. For example, if it is sent to the United States, the shipping cost is about $11 USD/ kg.  Now sending a X8-2200L-USB to the United States requires about one thousand dollars. This is far beyond our imagination. Therefore, we still cannot arrange delivery now.
