Due to the outbreak of disease in some parts of China, we have received important notice from the Chinese government on extending the Lunar New Year holiday and postponing the resumption of work.

And due to the different requirements of the local governments on the resumption time, we are unable to judge when normal delivery can be resumed at present. We will wait for the government's new notice and the recovery of the transportation market to determine when we can deliver the goods.

We expect transportation to improve in mid or late February.  For customers who have placed an order during the holiday, we will contact you. 

Once there is new news, we will announce it.

The Chinese lunar New Year is coming soon, and most of the logistics companies will stop working, so we will stop working during the holiday.  In addition, due to the delivery from our factory (Hubei Province) to our freight forwarder(Hong Kong) needs some days, so we will stop the shipment early.

1, We will stop shipping from Jan 13th  to Feb 2nd.  During this period, you will still be able to continue place orders on our website, orders in this period will be shipped from Feb 3rd.

2, We will leave for the holiday from Jan 14th to Feb 2nd.  During this period, your mail we will reply within 72 hours, if any inconvenience please understanding.

2019 China National Day holiday notice

The  China National Day holiday is coming soon, and most of the logistics companies will stop working, so we will stop working during the holiday.  In addition, due to the delivery from our factory (Hubei Province) to our freight forwarder(Hong Kong) needs some days, so we will stop the shipment early.

1, We will stop shipping from Sep 27th to Oct 7th 2019. During this period, you will still be able to continue place orders on our website, orders in this period will be shipped from Oct 8th.

2, We will leave for the holiday from Oct 1st to Oct 7th 2019. During this period, your mail we will reply within 48~72 hours, if any inconvenience please understanding.

According to Chinese holiday laws, we will be on holiday from May 1st to May 4th, 2019, and will return to work on May 5th.You can continue to place the order and we will ship it after the holiday.

Thank you for your patience! We are back to work now.
We will start shipping all of the orders which placed during the holiday from this Wednesday (February 13th)， and will finish shipping all the orders before Thursday (Feb 14th).

All orders will be shipped from the factory and will arrive at our forwarder (Shenzhen or HongKong) on this Sunday or next Monday, then ship by Express (DHL/FEDEX/UPS/TNT) to you. Once we get the tracking number, we will send it to you via email and website.
