Due to recent tariff policy changes implemented by the U.S. government, additional duties have been imposed on goods imported from China. Notably, the tariff exemption for packages valued under $800 has been revoked. These changes may result in increased costs for U.S. customers purchasing products from China.

As a China-based company, we ship products from Mainland China via Hong Kong using international carriers (primarily DHL, occasionally FedEx/UPS) to customers in over 40 countries. For over a decade, our pricing structure has remained consistent: Customers pay only for the product and base shipping fee. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient and must be settled directly with your local DHL/FedEx/UPS office upon arrival in the U.S.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

PayPal transactions incur a non-refundable 4.4% processing fee.

Cancellation requests must be submitted via our website's Contact Us within 48 hours of payment.

Refunds (95.6% of payment) only apply if shipment has not left our facility.
