The Chinese New Year is coming, the freight fowarders and logistics companies will stop working in holiday,  and due to the delivery from our factory to our freight forwarder(Hong Kong) needs 3 ~ 4 days, so we will stop the shipment early,  we will suspend shipping from Jan 21st to Feb 5th.

Due to recent tariff policy changes implemented by the U.S. government, additional duties have been imposed on goods imported from China. Notably, the tariff exemption for packages valued under $800 will soon be revoked. These changes may result in increased costs for U.S. customers purchasing products from China.

As a China-based company, we ship products from Mainland China via Hong Kong using international carriers (primarily DHL, occasionally FedEx/UPS) to customers in over 40 countries. For over a decade, our pricing structure has remained consistent: Customers pay only for the product and base shipping fee. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the recipient(buyer) and must be settled directly with your local DHL/FedEx/UPS office upon arrival in the U.S.

  1. Order Acceptance
    By placing an order, you acknowledge:

    • Understanding of current U.S. import regulations

    • Full responsibility for paying all applicable duties/taxes

  2. Customs Compliance Requirements

    • Contact your local DHL/FedEx/UPS office immediately upon shipment arrival to facilitate clearance.

    • Failure to resolve customs issues within carrier timelines may result in:
      • Package destruction/return at your expense
      • Return shipping charges (3x+ base rate) deducted from refunds
      • Re-shipping fees for replacement orders

  3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

    • PayPal transactions incur a non-refundable 4.4% processing fee.

    • Cancellation requests must be submitted via our website's Contact Us within 48 hours of payment.

    • Refunds (95.6% of payment) only apply if shipment has not left our facility.

These terms take effect February 6th. We will announce further updates if additional tariff changes occur.
