Return Policy

We accept return within 30days.

We are commit to offering the best products and services. However, if you change your mind you want to return product, please follow the return steps:
1, Send a 'return request' to us within 30days since the date of signed.
2, We will confirm it within 3 working days.
3, After we confirmed your return application, buyer needs to ship the product by DHL/FedEx within 3 days ,Meanwhile, please let us know the tracking number.
4, After we receive the product , We will refund to you within 3 working days. (Note: Refund method will be the same way as your payment method)

Note:
1, we only accept return back via DHL/Fedex.
2, The machine must be packaged well to prevent damage during transport. 

Related costs of the return process：
1, If send back machine or accessories to China,   It could generate tariffs,  buyer pay the shipping cost and tariff  of the return.
2, After we got the returned product, we will refund all the money , except the shipping cost and  tariff.
