Product Tax & Custom Duties

1. Pricing & Fee Structure:

All product prices and order charges on this website only cover product cost and international air freight from Hong Kong, China. The prices do NOT include any import duties, VAT, consumption tax, customs clearance fees, inspection fees or any other local taxes and surcharges of any destination country or region. We only charge customers for machine products and international shipping fees, with no additional tax fees of any kind.

2. Shipping & Customs Clearance:

All CNC router machines are shipped internationally from Hong Kong, China via DHL, UPS or FedEx. Upon arrival at the destination country, the courier company will generally handle customs clearance on behalf of the recipient. In rare cases, the recipient may need to cooperate with the local courier to complete the customs clearance process.

3. Customs Duties & Tax Liability:

In accordance with international trade standards and cross-border e-commerce regulations, all import duties, value-added taxes, official customs fees, clearance service charges and all other local fees incurred in the destination country shall be fully borne by the buyer/recipient.

We shall not be responsible for any destination country taxes, duties, fines or clearance-related expenses. All customs charges are usually collected by DHL, UPS or FedEx from the recipient before final delivery.

4. Order Confirmation:

By placing an order, the customer fully reads, understands and agrees to this customs and tax policy, and accepts full liability for all local import fees. No refund, price negotiation or claim regarding customs duties will be accepted after purchase.
