We have replaced the freight forwarder with a new one because of their high shipping cost. We have readjusted the shipping price on the website. and already subsidized the current high shipping cost.
Now, the shipping price on the website is the subsidized price.

How to check the shiping price: add product to shopping cart , then go to shopping cart page , select your country to check the shipping price.

2. Shipping time.
Due to the impact of the epidemic, the plane may be delayed when transiting in some countries, We expect customers to receive your machine in about 11 ~ 18 days.

These days some customers are asking when we can ship.
We answer here uniformly:
We are still unable to arrange transportation.

The reason:  
Due to the serious epidemic situation in many countries in the world and the large number of flights being grounded, the capacity of international air freight logistics is very tight.
At present,
DHL (China) has stopped accepting large packages and more than 30kg of goods.
Fedex's shipping cost has increased by one and a half times. For example, if it is sent to the United States, the shipping cost is about $11 USD/ kg.  Now sending a X8-2200L-USB to the United States requires about one thousand dollars. This is far beyond our imagination. Therefore, we still cannot arrange delivery now.

Q & A regarding current transportation issues:

Q:  Have you resumed work?
A:  We have resumed work and resumed production.

Q:  When can you ship?
A:  When part of the international flight is restored, the capacity of international air freight logistics will be eased, and the freight rate will drop a little. Although the freight cost will definitely not return to the price before the epidemic, but if the freight cost is within the range we can afford We will ship.

Q:  Why haven't the shipping cost on your website increased?
A:  In order to maintain our customers' trust in us, although the international shipping rates have risen to a very high level, we still have n’t adjusted our shipping rates on the website. It is still the shipping rate of last year. If you are sure you want to buy and are willing to wait, please place an order on the website now.

Please note: When we start shipping, we will adjust the shipping rate on the website to the actual market rate. For orders placed at that time, the shipping cost will be much higher than the rate on the current website.

Q:  I urgently need to ship now, can you send it?
A:  If you are willing to bear the current expensive freight, please contact us.

Q:  The items I purchased are accessories or small packages, can I send them now?
A:  Sorry, no, our shipping policy is unified. When we officially start shipping, we will arrange all orders uniformly.

We have received an urgent notice from the freight forwarder that because a large number of international flights have stopped flying, the international air transport logistics has been interrupted in a large area, and the terminal delivery has been stopped in many areas. At present, the transportation capacity of international express companies is greatly reduced, and priority is given to the transportation of epidemic prevention goods.

So we have to stop shipping again.  We will pay close attention to the status of international air transport logistics, and we will make an announcement here when we can continue to transport.

The new coronavirus epidemic has now been completely controlled in China, and has been greatly reduced, and all regions except Wuhan have been free of new infected people for several days.
 
But we are still waiting for the government's notice to allow the factory to resume work, while waiting for the complete deblocking of the city and the restoration of logistics. We expect to resume work at the end of this month.

When we go back to work and can ship, we will post an announcement on the website.

According to the latest policy issued by Hubei Province, All enterprises and factories shall NOT return to work earlier than March 10.

At present, the spread of the new coronavirus has been effectively controlled in China and has not continued to proliferate in large scale. Some cities will return to work from today, but mainly in the form of network office.

2. About delivery:
At present, we do not have the conditions to resume work and production, and the cross provincial logistics has not been restored, so we still cannot resume the delivery. We expect full resumption of production and shipment early March.

Due to the outbreak of disease in some parts of China, we have received important notice from the Chinese government on extending the Lunar New Year holiday and postponing the resumption of work.

And due to the different requirements of the local governments on the resumption time, we are unable to judge when normal delivery can be resumed at present. We will wait for the government's new notice and the recovery of the transportation market to determine when we can deliver the goods.

We expect transportation to improve in mid or late February.  For customers who have placed an order during the holiday, we will contact you.

The Chinese lunar New Year is coming soon, and most of the logistics companies will stop working, so we will stop working during the holiday.  In addition, due to the delivery from our factory (Hubei Province) to our freight forwarder(Hong Kong) needs some days, so we will stop the shipment early.

1, We will stop shipping from Jan 13th  to Feb 2nd.  During this period, you will still be able to continue place orders on our website, orders in this period will be shipped from Feb 3rd.

2, We will leave for the holiday from Jan 14th to Feb 2nd.  During this period, your mail we will reply within 72 hours, if any inconvenience please understanding.
